SAN FRANCISCO, Nov. 13 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- PG&E Corporation announced the election of Hyun Park, 45, as Senior Vice President and General Counsel, effective today, November 13, 2006. Park succeeds Bruce R. Worthington, who had served as PG&E Corporation Senior Vice President and General Counsel since 1997.
In his new position, Park will be responsible for leading and directing the legal function for PG&E Corporation and its businesses, including its principal subsidiary, Pacific Gas and Electric Company.
