A vital campaign to raise awareness of mouth cancer was launched at the House of Commons today (Monday, November 13) by Chief Dental Officer for England, Barry Cockroft.
Mouth cancer kills a staggering one person every five hours in the UK and the number of new cases is increasing every year.
Mouth Cancer Awareness Week runs November 12-18, using the tagline `If in doubt, get checked out' to remind people of the importance of early detection.
