Nov. 13--As he headed for the bus after Friday's 3-2 loss in Kalamazoo, Komets assistant coach and center Bruce Richardson turned and said, "Good teams don't lose two games in a row."
And then Richardson and Komets coach Pat Bingham watched video on the ride home and presented the points of emphasis at the Saturday morning skate. The Komets bounced back to handle Flint 5-2 before 8,329 fans at Memorial Coliseum.
Though they pushed their record to 8-2, there's some question about how good the Komets are. After every game, Bingham says he's happy with the win, but then he can rattle off a list of things the Komets didn't do ...
