EVERY five hours someone in the UK dies from mouth cancer. The disease kills around 200 Scots every year but, in its early stages, it is curable in 90 per cent of people.
During Mouth Cancer Awareness Week, the British Dental Health Foundation are urging the public to look out for early symptoms that could save their life. Here they explain why it is vital to recognise the signs that there could be something wrong.
