Nov. 11--Mount Pleasant Towne Centre could add up to six new stores under a planned expansion of the shopping and entertainment hub, the center's new owners said this week.
Miller Capital Advisory hopes to add two new buildings, measuring 15,000 square feet combined, near the main entrance in an area that's now parking lot.
The Illinois-based company bought the property near U.S. Highway 17 and the Isle of Palms Connector last month for more than $134 million -- its first deal in South Carolina.
