Global Payments Inc. has completed its acquisition of the European processor Diginet d.o.o.
The Atlanta transaction processor said Tuesday that Diginet's assets, including its management team and employees, have been incorporated into its Global Payments Europe division, based in Prague. It did not provide a price for the purchase, which was announced in September.
Global Payments said it does not expect that Diginet will have any significant impact on revenue or earnings in 2007. Diginet, of Sarajevo, was founded in 1997 ...
