BALDWYN -- Gail Moore has joined Hancock Fabrics Inc. as senior vice president and chief merchandising officer. In this role, she will be responsible for all aspects of merchandising, including, merchandising strategy, assortment planning, sourcing and private label product development, and will report to CEO Jane Aggers.
