TELL CITY, Ind., June 15 /PRNewswire/ -- The Perry County Development Corporation (PCDC) announced today that Perfect Fit Industries, a subsidiary of Foamex International (Nasdaq: FMXI), had selected Perry County, Indiana as the site for a new $4.5 million bed pillow manufacturing facility, subject to the signing of a memorandum of understanding. Scheduled for completion in January 1995, the new facility will produce feather, fiber and foam pillows. The operation is expected to employ approximately 125 people.
