Nov. 16--Panic! at the Disco is that other Las Vegas rock band, the one not called The Killers. And though Panic! hasn't quite the critical cachet of its fellow Sin City act, the emo punk-pop quartet has enough impudence and wit to counter the weak spots of its mostly enjoyable, sometimes irritating late 2005 debut, "A Fever You Can't Sweat Out" (Decaydance/Fueled by Ramen).
