The Democratic takeover of Congress could help Cyren Call Communications Inc. resurrect its toppled broadband public-safety plan, with incoming House Commerce Committee head John Dingell (D-Mich.) last week underscoring his interest in the GOP-led Federal Communications Commission's handling of first-responder spectrum issues.
