JAKARTA - Diversified real estate developer PT Duta Pertiwi (JSX:DUTI) on Thursday reported a 2.93 per cent decline in net consolidated profit for the third quarter of 2006 to Rp45.15 billion (US$4.95 million) compared to the previous year.
