Nov. 16--2 face drug charges Police stopped a woman's car Wednesday morning as she pulled into her driveway in the 500 block of Candlelight Court. They then arrested her and a man inside the home on charges of dealing cocaine to undercover Allen County Sheriff's Department narcotics detectives. Police say Sondra Hides, 30, and Isaac Carlisle, 25, are suspected of selling cocaine to detectives at least twice during a three-month investigation. Officers reported finding about 75 grams of cocaine and $1,900 in cash inside the home, including some marked bills used to make the drug buys.
