Parliament passes first reading of bill on cabinet proposed by government (part 2)
Kyiv, November 16 (Interfax-Ukraine) - The Verkhovna Rada, Ukraine's parliament, has passed the first reading of a draft law on the Cabinet of Ministers proposed by the government.
A total of 247 out of 438 MPs registered in the hall voted for the bill.
Pursuant to article 113 of the Constitution of Ukraine, the draft bill determines the Cabinet of Ministers as the highest body in the system of the executive.
