The Polymer Group, Inc. (PGI), Charleston, SC. parent company of roll goods producer The FiberTech Group, signed a definitive agreement for the purchase of Mexican roll goods supplier Bonlam S.A., a wholly owned subsidiary of Cydsa S.A. de C.V., Monterrey. Bonlam, located in San Luis Potosi, Mexico, is a manufacturing of spunbonded nonwovens for the hygiene, agricultural and industrial markets and will be operated under the PGI umbrella.
