Global and regional digital leader LG Electronics has boosted its entertainment product portfolio for the Middle East market with the launch of its 102-inch plasma TV.

The new product is expected to significantly boost LG's share in the worldwide PDP business where it has captured 33 per cent market share. LG sold 910,000 PDP's in the third quarter of 2006.

"With the launch of the 102-inch plasma TV, LG Electronics has the largest line-up of high-definition plasma TVs," explained C. H. Lee, President, LG Electronics, Gulf FZE.
