Umpires' association slams ICC through newspaper ad

Melbourne, Nov 17 (PTI) The New South Wales Umpires and Scorers Association has decided to go public against ICC by printing a full-page newspaper advertisement in support of Darrell Hair, who was sacked for charging Pakistan with ball tampering, which led to first-ever forfeiture in Test History.

The advertisment is expected to appear as a written attack against the ICC Chief Executive Malcolm Speed in tomorrow's edition of the Sydney-based 'Daily Telegraph' and in its copies throughout the week.
