Eatery, market fail inspections, regain licenses.

Nov. 19--One restaurant and one market failed health inspections last month, but both passed follow-up inspections that restored their regular food licenses. Las Cazuelitas de Tucson, 1365 W. Grant Road, and Ferranti's Fine Food Market, 6616 E. Grant Road, were issued provisional licenses for critical violations in food safety or cleanliness. The county labeled seven other establishments as needing improvement.
