Nov. 19--International student enrollment at U.S. colleges grew slightly last school year, indicating the number of foreign students stabilized after two years of declines, according to a new report. Connecticut ranked 23rd in the nation for its number of foreign students, according to the report, "Open Doors 2006." The state had 7,185 international students enrolled last year, a decline of less than 1 percent from the previous year. Yale University led the state with 2,019 international students, followed by University of Connecticut with 1,599 and University of Bridgeport with 1,093.
