Hank released on probation: Prosecutor criticizes early release.

Nov. 18--Paducah businessman Jim Hank, sentenced to 10 years in prison six months ago for conspiring to have his wife killed, is out of jail.

McCracken Circuit Judge Jeff Hines granted a motion by Hank's attorney for shock probation Friday morning. Hank was released shortly after 1 p.m. from the Western Kentucky Correctional Complex in Fredonia, Assistant Warden Bryan Henson said."I was very surprised and disappointed," said David Hargrove, the Graves County commonwealth attorney who served as special prosecutor.
