Nov. 18--DESTIN -- Art Kelly knows two secrets to a prosperous and healthy life.

He retired from the Air Force -- his first and last job -- in 1981. He was born in Georgia, stationed in Okinawa, transferred to Ohio and now spends much of his retirement in Destin. His wife, Margaret, was with him at each stop.

The 77-year-old enjoys his two houses and four cars. How he affords it is secret number one.

"We don't have any children."
