Nov. 20--Bill Moss, senior managing director at CB Richard Ellis in Orlando, has seen a lot of office markets in more than two decades in the marketplace. His take on Orlando today? Pretty solid.
In fact, Orlando leads the state among major metro areas with the lowest vacancy level, 7.6 percent. That's encouraging to developers.
