Nov. 20--Q- I want to be a personal trainer. What is the best and easiest way to do this?
A- Just for fun, I decided to Google your question Ahmad. I typed in "personal trainer certificate", hit the "search" button and came up with 25,000,000 results!
Now, I can see how this can get confusing. How on earth do you choose from all of these? You have asked for my advice on "the best and easiest" way to get certified. I'm afraid my friend that those are two conflicting and exclusive notions. The best certificates are by no means easy to come by and the easiest to obtain are at best useless and at worst potentially dangerous in my opinion.
