Naperville residents who live near the Fifth Avenue train station will huddle Monday with city officials to discuss the possible redevelopment around their homes.
Two homeowners associations, Park Addition and East Central, asked for the meeting after receiving a letter from the city outlining an ongoing study of redevelopment of the area.
"The top concern is they are going to be rezoning without our approval," said Tom Higgins, president of the Park Addition Homeowners Association, north of the train tracks. "Who's going to buy a house knowing that the neighborhood could change?"
