Dhaka, Nov 20 (UNB) - Countrys premier bourse, Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE), defied doldrums in politics as share prices posted significant gains on Monday-the day when a crippling blockade got off nationwide.
DSE Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Dr Slahuddin Ahmed explained the upturn in trading on the capital market saying that its the best time to buy and thats why some people are buying shares. And that ultimately made the market bullish.
He also gave the credit to Power Grid Company of Bangladesh and some other companies that announced their bonus and dividends.
