LIMA, Peru -- Pure Biofuels Corp. (OTCBB: PBOF) ("Pure Biofuels" or the "Company") today announced it has engaged the firm Capricorn Chemical Engineering SAC ("Capricorn") to provide basic engineering, process flow design, and instrumentation and control schematics for the Company's intended Callao Port biodiesel refinery. Capricorn is highly regarded in the biofuels community having successfully designed operating refineries in over 30 countries throughout Europe and the Americas.
