Nov. 21--The Toledo Museum of Art's stolen painting by Spanish artist Goya, has been recovered intact in New Jersey, but the thief has not been caught.
The heist appears to have been a simple cargo theft, the likes of which surge before the holidays, said Steven Siegel, FBI special agent in the Newark, N.J., FBI office.
"They probably were looking for something like PlayStation 3s," said Mr. Siegel.
"There's no indication that this was an inside job."
