Nov. 22--A former City of Omaha finance director or a Mutual of Omaha vice president could be Bellevue's next finance director. The City of Bellevue on Tuesday released the resumes of two finalists for the job. They are: --Stan Timm of Omaha, finance director for the Omaha Housing Authority. He retired from the Omaha Finance Department in 2004 after 36 years, including the last four as director. --John Collins of Bellevue, vice president for financial planning and analysis at Mutual of Omaha. Both list accounting degrees on their resumes.
