Delays and flight cancellations caused by a protest by air traffic controllers led to investors selling off stock in Brazil's two largest airlines yesterday (21 November).

According to The Associated Press, shares in Gol Linhas Aereas Inteligentes SA fell 5% after the airline lowered its 2006 revenue guidance to BRL4bn from BRL4.1bn.

The shares of Tam Linhas Aereas SA also fell by more than 4%.
