ONCE again it has been a pleasure to be involved with a competition that really demonstrates the growing strength, variety and sheer quality of businesses in North Wales.
Over the past few years one of the important changes I have noted in the entries for Achievement Wales is the growing sense of confidence and pride that is being demonstrated by some of the smaller, younger companies.
They are becoming more ambitious and confident in what they are seeking to achieve and certainly many look upon the world as their marketplace.
It is this growing confidence and willingness to take balanced, evaluated risk that suggests to me that in North Wales ...
