Nov. 23--The Arc of Morgan County recognized its top participants and supporters who help people with developmental disabilities. During the Sunday awards luncheon, Clinton Arnold and Cody Chunn took home the top awards reserved for people with disabilities. Arnold received the Sarah Worth Dinsmore Award for his community involvement and participation. He is an employee at Community Contract Services and has the highest production rate.
