ABOARD THE CARNIVAL FANTASY - The raucous crowd was three-deep. Spilling over couches and sitting on the spiral steps of this cruise ship's six-story atrium, they were watching the New Orleans Saints vs. Pittsburgh Steelers game on satellite TV. It was our last day at sea, sailing back to New Orleans from Cozumel, Mexico.
The passion was palpable - beer was flowing, the fans were whooping and shooting wisecracks back and forth. More than a year since Katrina punched holes in Louisiana, the party was in full swing aboard this Fun Ship.
