Nov. 25--Fifteen flu shot clinics will be offered in late November and into mid-December in Fillmore County. Adults must be at least 18 years old to get a shot; children 6 months to 18 years old may get shots at the public health office. Parents must call in advance to get a shot; call (507) 765-3898. The county says there is enough flu vaccine for everyone. People on Medicare should bring their card. Shots cost $20. The health department asks people to wear sleeveless or short-sleeved shirts because the shot is administered in the upper arm.
