A 100-year-old social service agency with a strong background in the arts, the Henry Street Settlement, has parlayed its cultural interests into an ongoing relationship that has brought it financial as well as promotional rewards. The highly visible proof of this relationship is the major annual art show presented by the Art Dealers Association of America, which has been held every winter since 1989 at New York City's Seventh Regiment Armory for the benefit of the Settlement.
