Mid America Recycling Co. (MAR), Des Moines, Iowa, purchases Rock-Tenn Converting Co.'s paper recovery facility in Fort Worth, Texas. Terms were not disclosed.
The Fort Worth plant will operate in the current facility under the name Vista Fibers.
