* Miami-based Sunbeam Television Corp.--which owns WSVN-TV Channel 7--paid $113.7 million for Boston's WLVI-TV Channel 5. The former WB affiliate will launch programming under the CW network.
* The Atrium Buildings in Blue Lagoon Office Park at Waterford in Miami changed hands for $97.5 million. TIAA Realty Inc., trading as Teacher's, sold the three-tower Class A property--spanning 494,746 square feet--to MetLife. CBRE Capital Markets brokered the deal.
