The runaway success of the Government's GBP150 million Creative Partnerships (CP) Programme proves that creativity itself is a key element in teaching, Culture Secretary Tessa Jowell said today.
Operating in 36 areas around the country, the programme has linked up more than 330,000 young people in over 1,500 schools with 4,500 creative practitioners to promote fresh ways of working and problem solving.
