IRVINE, Calif. -- Nations and corporations hoping to level the playing field with China's low-priced products will have to push for free trade and elimination of its government's mercantilist manufacturing practices, concludes Peter Navarro, public policy professor at UC Irvine's Paul Merage School of Business and author of just-released book The Coming China Wars.
