Rs 50,426 crore raised via debt in first half of FY'07: Prime
New Delhi, Nov 27 (PTI) Institutions and corporates mobilised Rs 50,426 crore through bonds during the first half of this fiscal, a growth of 44 per cent year-on-year.
The highest amount through debt private placements was raised by country's largest bank SBI (Rs 6,328 crore), followed by National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (Rs 5,711 crore), ICICI Bank (Rs 4,110 crore), HDFC (Rs 3,150 crore), Power Grid (Rs 2,615 crore) and Citifinancial (Rs 1,920 crore), according to Prime Database.
