And thank them for taking the fall so that you can simply soar down the slopes.

[1] Layer, layer, layer. Loose fitting layers like long underwear, waterproof pants, a turtleneck, a sweater and a ski shell will keep you comfortable all day, depending on the outside temperature and your activity level.

[2] Rock 'n Sock 'em. Bring an extra pair of socks for every day you're skiing.
