SCHENECTADY - The procession of congratulators started with Siena College head coach Fran McCaffery and worked its way through the entire Saints' men's basketball roster and coaching staff Friday night.
Standing at midcourt while holding his young nephew's hand, All Hallows point guard Chris De La Rosa happily accepted the love from at least a dozen soon-to-be teammates.
"It feels good to see the whole team supporting me so much early," said De La Rosa, a dynamic 5-foot-11 senior point guard who is one of McCaffery's recuits for next year.
"It makes me feel real good. ... I'm happy I made my decision ...
