In Part I of this article, I addressed the gynecologic and nongynecologic disorders associated with chronic pelvic pain. This included defining chronic pelvic pain and its incidence and offering a long listing of chronic pelvic pain causes, risk factors associated with chronic pelvic pain, and diagnostic foundations for establishing adequate evaluation. In part II, I will discuss mostly herbal/nutritional treatments for the selected conditions of endometriosis and interstitial cystitis.
