NOVI, Mich.-Cooper-Standard Automotive Inc. has named James McElya chairman and CEO, and Ed Hasler president and chief operating officer.

McElya succeeds S.A. "Tony'' Johnson, who has become lead director.

McElya previously served as president and CEO.
