Specialty Cheese Co. targets ethnic minorities with Middle Eastern line
It's not what you might expect from Wisconsin. Not from the Land of Cheddar. These cheeses are really different.
And that's the whole point. Lowell, Wis.-based Specialty Cheese Co., a niche marketer if there ever was one, lives up to its name by focusing on products that few other manufacturers would even consider.
