AutoLogic Holdings plc ("AutoLogic" or the "Company")
Global Automotive Logistics SAS ("GAL") option lapses
The Board of AutoLogic announces that Wallenius Lines AB ("Wallenius") has this
afternoon announced that it has decided not to exercise the option (the "GAL
Option"), granted to it on 31 July 2006, to acquire the Company's 40 per cent
shareholding in GAL (the "GAL Shares").
As a result, the GAL Option has expired and the Company retains its
shareholding in GAL and also its representation on the boards of both GAL and
its wholly owned operating subsidiary company, Compagnie d'Affretement et de
Transport SA ("CAT").
