PROJECT OVERVIEW:
UAE-based ARAB TECHNICAL CONSTRUCTION CO. (ARABTEC) is currently holding talks for a construction contract regarding a new residential and commercial real estate development project in Qatar. The undertaking involves building: - Towers; - Villas; - Shops; - Hotels.
According to Riad Kamal, ARABTEC Chairman & Managing Director, the contract should be signed before the end of 2006. At that time the project is to be implemented in joint venture with the local NASSER BIN KHALED & SONS GROUP.
The cost to complete the project has been estimated at $275,000,000.
