Veris forks out EU8m in property management blitz.(BUSINESS)

AIM-listed Veris has acquired two Irish property management companies for approximately EU8m.

Formerly Irish Estates, the company has purchased Glenrye Property Services for EU7m in cash and the remainder through the issue of 374,000 shares.

Glenrye is the biggest independent retail property management company in Ireland and manages, amongst others, the Dundrum Town Centre, The Square in Tallaght, and Nut-grove Shopping Centre in Rathfarnham. The other acquisition, Premier Property Management, is a Dublin-based provider of property management services focused on the residential market.
