86% of UK new media agencies need and expect to increase staff numbers within the next 12 months, says a study by recruitment consultancy Aquent.
The annual survey of the marketing, communications and creative industries found the digital skills shortage highlighted in the previous report has worsened steadily over the year.
Results from the 2005 study found new media firms in the UK had become the most active recruiters within the creative sector in an effort to catch the best staff (NMA 18.08.05).
