Dysfunction, deceit, deep losses: Not the best executives of the year.

As we laud our CEO of the Year on the cover this month--a deserved, perhaps overdue nod to Eli Harari of SanDisk--it seems appropriate to take note in the back of the magazine of some of the year's worst executives.

First the disclaimers: We're not declaring any of these gentlemen (and two women) to be "The Worst CEO." Some aren't CEOs, at any rate. And there are way too many subcategories to consider. Instead, we offer this sampling of some of the worst.
