Technology Industry Veteran to Oversee and Guide Company's Customer Support Initiatives
TAMPA, Fla. -- Sage Software Healthcare Division, formerly Emdeon Practice Services, today announced that it has named Mark Ryan as the company's new senior vice president of customer service and support. Ryan, who has nearly 20 years of experience in the technology industry, will oversee all aspects of Sage Software Healthcare Division's support capabilities. He will be responsible for managing the call center operations as well as the technical, EDI, and customer support teams. He will also coordinate corporate wide support initiatives that focus on improving customer care.
