WIXOM, Mich., Dec. 4 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Veri-Tek International, Corp. ("Veri-Tek" or the "Company") announced today that it has completed its previously announced acquisition of Liftking Industries, Inc., ("Liftking") headquartered in Woodridge (Toronto), Ontario. Liftking manufactures a complete line of rough terrain forklifts and special mission oriented vehicles, as well as other specialized carriers, heavy material handling transporters and steel mill equipment. Liftking has over 6,000 units operating worldwide and more than 170 dealer locations that sell and service Liftking units around the globe.
